In the app: Settings → Delete your account.

Without the app:

Didn't get it? 

Forgot your password? Open the app and tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.

If you pay for a subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first. Deleting your account doesn't stop it.
